HOA Fees (Administrative)

Seller’s Fee:                  $500 ($300 refunded when “Receipt of Documents” and Recreation / Gate Pass are returned.
Refinancing Fee:           $150
Rental Fee:                    $250 (per lease)
Rental Security:             $250 (one time, refundable)
Entrance Assessment:  $1,000

HOA Fees (Maintenance)

Hours:  Monday – Friday — 9 AM to 5 PM (Exclusive of holidays)

• For your safety, residents are NOT PERMITTED in the Maintenance/Golf areas or buildings.
• Work orders are REQUIRED unless it is a REAL emergency.
• One request per work order;  Easier for us, quicker for you!
• Condo work orders must be approved by your Condo before any work is started

Minimum Charge (normal business hours)

$40 per man hour 
(Subsequent time:  $40 per man hour)

After Hours Emergency Calls

$175 minimum charge
$75 per man hour
(subsequent charge after 2 hours)
