Membership in the Camera Club has dwindled over the years, especially during the pandemic. At this point there are not enough members to continue as a club. If enough people reach out and express an interest, we will consider restarting the club.
In the meantime, a few of us have joined the Sweet Briar Camera Club. Sweet Briar Nature Center is in Smithtown, but we are currently meeting only through Zoom. They meet the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 7:00 PM. It is a small club, and we have found their philosophy to be very similar to ours. The focus is on learning and helping each other.
