Monday-Saturday at 9 AM.
For those of you who would like to experience the indoor pool for water aerobics. June is your last chance. In July, we go outside. But in June, we exercise inside with weights, music, and camaraderie. We work out for 40 minutes, then, if the weather allows, we can go outside and dry off in the sun. Maybe have breakfast or coffee. All are welcome to join us at 9 am.
