Condo IV – April 2026
“April Showers bring May flowers.” April is associated with springtime and new beginnings!
Basement:
Please look through the items in the basement storage area and remove and dispose of the ones you no longer want or need. Also, any items that are NOT in plastic containers with labels will be disposed of by the condo during our basement cleanup.
Feeding nature’s creatures:
Again, we stress that you refrain from leaving food out for birds, stray cats, deer, chipmunks, and squirrels. This attracts rodents, raccoons, and other unwanted visitors. Also, do not leave basins or bird baths with water. Stagnant water will attract mosquitoes.
Reminder:
We need to stress again that all dogs should be kept on a leash at all times. They should not be left alone on your patio unless you are with them. Please do not walk them on the golf course or the grass areas. Please be considerate of your neighbors and clean up after your dogs and dispose of it in the dumpsters.
Did you know that you should be replacing your washing machine hoses every 5 years to avoid bursting and possible flooding?
DAYS TO REMEMBER:
April 1st – Passover begins – Major Jewish holiday that celebrates the Israelites escape from slavery in Egypt.
April 5th – Easter Sunday – Easter is the single most important holy day and a very important religious holiday celebrated by all Christians.
April 22nd – Earth Day – A day to bring awareness to the environment, where various events are held.
April is also National Move More month! The objective is clear and simple! Get up and move more! Exercise supports the spirits and keeps the mind in vigor.
