Our next Condo IV meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 10th @ 7 pm in the library. All Condo IV residents are welcome to attend. We welcome your ideas, input, and suggestions.
Did you know? You should replace your washing machine hose every 5 years to avoid bursting and possible flooding.
Did you know? Hot water heaters do not last forever? The typical lifespan is 8 to 10 years.
Did you know? April is “National Distracted Driving Awareness Month”. Let’s make an extra effort and avoid using your phone while driving and on the road! Pay attention and be alert!
Friendly Reminder:
All residents- renters as well as homeowners should review their insurance coverage to be certain they are adequately insured in the event of a loss within their unit. Homeowners should refer to the Prospectus for information about the extent of the Condo’s responsibility, which is to restore the home to its “original builder’s condition”, Non-resident homeowners who rent their unit should verify that their renters have “renter’s insurance”.
Again a reminder: With the nicer weather, more people are walking around or walking their dogs. Please wear reflective or bright-colored clothes and carry a flashlight. It’s very hard to see a person who is wearing all dark clothes or even riding a bike with no reflectors.
